Position Summary: The Assistant Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the club&039;s operations during specific shifts, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. This role involves managing staff, addressing guest needs, and resolving any operational issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management within the hospitality or gaming industry, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff, assigning duties and providing feedback to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage gaming floor activities, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and club policies.
• Prepare and submit shift reports, highlighting any issues, guest feedback, and operational performance to the Head of Operations.
• Implement and monitor safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and high- quality guest experiences.
• Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and high standards of guest service.
• Manage staff scheduling for the shift, ensuring adequate coverage and operational efficiency.

Requirement:
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem- solving abilities and excellent decision- making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and additional languages preferred to cater to an international clientele.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
