Shipping Import Specialist (Billing) - District 9

Responsibilities:
Checking Statement of Account (SOA) and Import Shipment Expenses:
- Reviewing and verifying statements of account (SOA) and expenses related to import shipments, including materials and machinery.
RFQ Management:
- Ensure all RFQ requirements are clearly understood and addressed in the quotation.
- Receive, review, and analyze incoming RFQs from vendors.
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to gather necessary information for the quotation process.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized records of all RFQs and associated documentation.
- Track and report on the status of each RFQ, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
Communication:
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive vendors experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to obtain necessary information for quotation.
- Liaise with vendors to clarify RFQ requirements and address any inquiries.
Market Research:
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company&039;s competitiveness in the market.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Work with cross- functional teams to implement improvements and streamline workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in the RFQ management process.
Other Duties:
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Background and Experience:
- 1- 3 years of working experience in logistics industry, preferably with a background in EPE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Accountant / Import- Export.
Industry Expertise:
- Experience in logistics, forwarding, and supply chain operations.
Work Skills:
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team working spirit.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with VNACCS software and a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel (macro skills preferred).
Analytical and Communication Skills:
- Effective business communication skills in English, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
- Strong logical thinking ability.
- Excellent reporting skills, with mandatory proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable.
Flexibility and Mobility:
- Ability to travel to multiple sites in HCM, Binh Duong, and Cu Chi to adapt to business demands.
