Shipping Manager

Report to: Assistant to General Manager, General Manager
Scope of work:

Handle import, export shipments on time and accurately;
Team members are given instructions to accurately and on time prepare and submit shipping and payment documents to forwarders and shipping lines.
Manage liquidation monthly and closing.
Monitoring and evaluating staff performance, training and developing subordinate;
Have solid knowledge of customs regulations to act in accordance with them and perform well when dealing with them.
Manage and execute all shipping activities and responsible to the Management for professional field;

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign trade or other related majors
Experience:

At least +05 years experienced in the same position, furniture manufacturing field is preferred
Strong leadership
High level of spoken and written English
Presentation Skills
Good knowledge of customs area and import- export procedure
Emergency handling ability.
Teamwork skills
Time Management
High level of problem solving and analytical skills
Good knoeledge of liquidation
