Ensure Silverland’s brand image is consistently and positively presented across all review platforms.
Escort and assist guests, and special guests, from the check- in phase to check- out.
Coordinate with related departments to address negative feedback and propose service improvements.
Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Proactive greetings with guests during their stay involve anticipating their needs and welcoming them with a positive attitude, creating a more enjoyable experience.
Prepare WOW moments and surprise elements to positively impress guests.
Respond to guest requests, suggestions, and complaints promptly and in accordance with standard procedures.
Monitor and analyze guest feedback from Google and OTA platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc.).
Regularly update and remember guest profiles to personalize services (music preference, favorite tea, room style, etc.).
Warmly welcome guests in a boutique- style, professional, and heartfelt manner, reflecting Silverland’s unique character.
Yêu cầu công việc
Understanding of boutique hospitality and personalized service standards.
Professional appearance and manner.
At least 6 months – 1 year of experience in guest service, front desk, or guest relations.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with flexibility, empathy, and proactiveness.
Graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
