[SILVERLAND GROUP] - Digital Marketing Executive (Facebook)

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This position will focus on developing and managing advertising campaigns on Meta (80%) and Google (20%), as well as ensuring effectiveness in driving revenue from hotel rooms and banquet services.Key Responsibilities:● Execute and Manage Advertising Campaigns: execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google to meet KPIs related to lead generation and revenue from hotel rooms and banquet services.● Budget Management: Create marketing plans for social media channels, manage and control the advertising budget to ensure efficient spending and achievement of KPIs.● Content Optimization: Create and optimize content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Website to ensure engaging and relevant posts.● Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor website traffic for the Banquet and provide regular internal reports. Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results.● Social Media Management: Manage the company&039;s social media accounts, ensuring that Facebook, Instagram, website and other platforms are regularly updated with fresh and engaging content.● Market Trend Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly for the restaurant and hotel industry.● Other Duties as Assigned by Management: Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned by line management and/ or Board of directors.

● Strong analytical skills and in- depth knowledge of Meta and Google advertising, including ad optimization and performance tracking. Experience with SEO is a plus.
● At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically running, managing & analyzing Meta ads.
● Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Has experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry or related is a plus advantage.
● Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
