SMT Maintenance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production equipment and ensure optimal performance.
Quản lý và giám sát thiết bị sản xuất SMT (công nghệ gắn linh kiện bề mặt), đảm bảo máy móc vận hành ổn định và đạt hiệu suất tối ưu.
Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Dẫn dắt và giám sát đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên; hướng dẫn công việc, đào tạo và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for SMT machines (Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, SPI…).
Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa cho các máy SMT (Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, SPI…).
Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Theo dõi chất lượng sản xuất và triển khai các biện pháp khắc phục khi cần thiết
Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất và giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn và quy định, chính sách của công ty

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation.
Experience: 1~3- year experience in maintenance.
English: Communication in English skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Strong knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Good problem- solving and decision- making skills.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control and IPC standards.
Competence in using ERP or MES systems for production management.
Ability to train and develop technical staff.
Proficiency in analyzing production data and generating reports.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex SMT equipment issues.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
