Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
Experience
· Internship or agency experience in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
· 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or community management
· Background in managing brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
Competencies
· Platform Knowledge: Understands the dynamics of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok- including algorithms, content formats, and trends- to create relevant, high- performing content
· Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all social content
· Bilingual Copywriting: Ability to write clear, engaging captions in both English and Vietnamese, aligned with each brand’s tone of voice
· Adaptability: Quick to learn and adjust to new platforms, tools, and creative directions in a fast- paced environment
· Analytical Thinking: Interprets performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and uses insights to optimize future content
· Organization & Time Management: Manages content calendars, deadlines, and multiple deliverables effectively
· Collaboration: Works closely with Marketing Consultant and Digital Marketing to align creative direction and advertisement goals
· Creative Thinking & Storytelling: Transforms ideas into engaging visual and written content that reflects each brand’s tone and audience
· Content Production: Hands- on skills in Canva and CapCut for designing visuals and editing short- form videos, using a smart phone camera
Additional Requirements
· Availability for occasional weekend or event support, depending on campaign schedules
· Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
· A creative eye for trends, aesthetics, and brand storytelling
· Strong interest in skincare, beauty, or baby care products and trends
· Comfortable appearing in or supporting short- form video shoots when needed
· Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a dynamic, collaborative team
