Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Associate and Customer Experience Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, primarily within our retail store environment, by curating engaging content, collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online visibility. Additionally, this role will involve direct interaction with customers online to ensure a seamless and positive experience with our products and store.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.
Create and curate compelling content (photos, videos, stories) showcasing our retail store and products.
Collaborate with KOLs to promote our products and share content about our store.
Implement paid boosting strategies and optimize content for maximum engagement.
Community Building:
Utilize social media platforms to promote upcoming events, generate excitement, and drive attendance.
Develop partnerships and collaborate with KOLs to amplify our brand message and reach targeted audiences.
Seek out opportunities for involvement in community events, sponsorships, and charitable partnerships that align with our brand values.
Research and identify influential individuals within the mom and baby community who align with our brand values.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and track the impact on brand visibility and engagement.
Assist in the planning and execution of events hosted within the retail store, such as product launches, workshops, and demonstrations.
Content Creation and Editing:
Edit basic photos and videos to ensure high- quality social media uploads.
Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media platforms.
Customer Experience:
Monitor online inquiries and promptly respond to customer questions and concerns.
Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with customers online.
Qualifications:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must speak English.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast- paced environment.
Experience with basic photo and video editing software is a plus.
Attention to detail and a creative eye for content creation.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience in developing data- driven strategies.
