Social Media Leader

* This position is in Digital Marketing, specializing in Social Media across a variety of channels including LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing and websites. In the capacity of this job, the ideal candidate would learn the know- hows behind- the- scene of digital marketing campaigns, how to plan and execute those campaigns, how to work with other creative team members including writers, designers, editors, videographers and project managers in order to successfully carry out all social media plans for the company’s clients.
* JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Helping to execute digital marketing campaigns efficiently to promote the company’ services.
- Follow the company’s social media strategy and plan. Post contents that have been approved across different social media channels.
- Work closely with senior team members and other departments to produce content for social media accounts that the company manages including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Take training courses to support the job that the company sponsors.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies.
- Track metrics of these campaigns by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite.
- Proficiency in ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Be proactive in learning to increase understanding of the job.

* Office hours: 9:00- 18:00 Monday- Friday

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
- Good with researching trends and analyzing information.
- Self- motivated. Team player.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and internet ranking for web content
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to increase quality followers on LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook and other social media best practices;
- Highly organized and diligent
- Time- management and problem- solving skills
- Willing to work overtime and on the weekend when the company needs it.
- Willing and able to learn quickly & pro- actively
- Creative thinker, visual person.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of professional work experience in digital marketing
