Overview:We&039;re looking for a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager & Marketer to join our small team of about 15 employees. As the first person to take on social media and marketing within our company, you&039;ll need to be experienced in starting and leading these efforts from scratch. Your role will combine social media expertise and marketing know- how to build strategies that increase our brand visibility, connect with our audience, and help our business grow online. Working alongside just one video operator/editor, you&039;ll be responsible for all aspects of social media planning, content creation, and channel management. You will work closely with the CEO so you can share ideas quickly and make your project move faster. Responsibilities:On- Site Content Making: Travel to furniture factories to make high- quality videos and photographs with the Video Operator, capturing the essence and detail of our products. Expect to spend around 30% of your working time on location, with all necessary travel arrangements, a car and driver provided by the company.Develop a concept catalog for the furniture collection.Social Media Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and high- quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, videos, infographics, and blogs. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience to build brand loyalty and advocacy.Self- Produced Content: Be proactive in creating content by shooting videos for Instagram stories and other content pieces yourself. You&039;ll also be responsible for manually posting these to ensure our social media feels personal and authentic.Paid Social Advertising (Future Role): Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to reach target audiences, increase engagement, and drive conversions.Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize social media analytics tools and marketing metrics to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.SEO and Website Optimization: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize social media content for search engines and drive organic traffic to our website. Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics.Cross- Channel Integration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure alignment and integration of social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media channels to amplify messaging, increase reach, and drive campaign objectives.Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media channels, ensuring that content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the brand&039;s voice and values.
