The Purpose of Your RoleAs a Social Media Manager for Hello Health, you will be responsible for leading the social content strategy and planning. This includes creation, curation & distribution of posts, articles, and video on Facebook, Instagram & other social networks to ensure all social media posts align with voice, brand, and content strategy. This role is where creativity meets data. You will work closely with other teams including editorial and design to develop social media plans and content that fosters a deep sense of community and grows both brand engagement, website traffic and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
Be an evangelist and thought leader for social media for Hello Health. Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices to ensure we are industry leading in our strategy & content.
Manage the creative and editorial operations of all social media content. Manage internal social media marketing budget, team coordination, tools and processes to drive efficiency and cross- functional alignment.
Analyze performance data and iterate to achieve optimal performance. Partner with the data and analytics team to continually evolve our understanding of what algorithm factors are driving the most impact.
Work directly with the Account & commercial team to support the strategy development, planning and ultimately the delivery of client campaigns & KPIs that rely on social media for delivery.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or other formats) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Ensure there is always a posting plan and schedule in place for all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Collaborate with owners of other channels (paid, earned media, email, site, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency of company messaging across the consumer journey.
Plan & execute innovative promotional and content- focused campaigns to drive growth and improve brand awareness across all social media channels ensuring continued alignment with the Hello Health editorial, brand and medical standards and policies.

You hold regular performance 1 on 1 reviews with direct reports to ensure high levels of staff engagement and delivery on KPIs.
You’ll ensure the projects have sufficient resources to execute within time and budget. If there’s no internal resources, you’ll establish relationships with freelancers and agencies towards project execution.
You fully commit to and implement Performance Management in line with company policy, engaging and leading individuals and the team effectively to meet company goals.
You attract, recruit, retain and develop staff to position Hello Health as an employer of choice across departments.
You ensure that all team members have updated Job Descriptions, MBOs and are fully aware of the expectations of their role and responsibilities.
You actively identify and address the development needs of your team, utilize the learning opportunities available to them on a regional and country level, ensuring your team maximize their own learning by making use of HHG’s offerings such as the HHG Academy.
You partner with the HR team to ensure that company policies are implemented and that all employment contracts and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
