BeWao is a leading health and nutrition app tailored to the Vietnamese market, aiming to empower individuals to lead healthier lives. Through our app, we provide personalized meal plans, culturally relevant content, and an integrated community for support and engagement. We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to grow our social media presence, deepen engagement, and support our mission.
Position Summary
The Social Media Manager will oversee and grow BeWao’s presence across key social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is responsible for creating a content strategy, engaging our audience, and analyzing performance to drive community growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and data- driven, with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy and Content Planning
• Ensure that content aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns, app updates, and brand initiatives.
• Develop and implement a social media strategy for each channel to align with BeWao’s brand voice, mission, and target audience.
• Create monthly content calendars and manage scheduling across platforms.
Content Creation and Curation
• Coordinate TikTok content development with internal KOLs and utilize her/him expertise to maximize engagement on TikTok, ensuring alignment with BeWao’s tone and mission.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce compelling visuals, videos, and copy tailored to each platform.
• Curate and share user- generated content to foster community and showcase real user experiences with BeWao
Community Engagement and Moderation
• Implement regular interactive elements such as Q&As, challenges, polls, or user stories to deepen community ties.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a supportive, positive community.
• Monitor community sentiment and feedback to inform content and engagement strategies.
Analytics and Reporting
• Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Use data to optimize content strategy, boosting top- performing posts and iterating on content types.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR) for each platform, identifying insights to refine strategy.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation
• Experiment with new formats and features (e.g., Reels, Stories, Lives) to keep BeWao’s content fresh and engaging.
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate on Paid Social Campaigns
• Work with the marketing and advertising team to align organic and paid social strategies, coordinating content and engagement for promotions.
• Assist with creating ad content for boosted posts, ads, and paid social campaigns that align with BeWao’s growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication and writing skills to convey BeWao’s brand voice.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics and use data to guide social media strategies.
• Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), analytics tools, and content creation.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, particularly with content creators, designers, and marketing team members.
• Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years in social media management, with a proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement.
• Creative Mindset: Passionate about storytelling, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and content trends.
