As the Social Media role at Starbucks Vietnam, you will be one member of our Business Development and Marketing team which play a pivotal role in managing external business partnerships and safeguarding our brand identity across various channels, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget Management: Take charge of planning, managing, and tracking online activity budgets on timely manner, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
Social media management: In charge of content creation, post development, social media account management of owned channels. Also manage the content and KV development of paid channels or business partners’ channels including seasonal and always on campaigns.
Online strategy: Plan and execute a comprehensive online strategy, with a primary focus on enhancing brand equity, customer experience, and sales growth through innovative social media initiatives.
Campaign management: Lead the development and execution of IMCs, including promotions, product launches, seasonal activities, to name a few with the focus on social media activities. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Competitive and market Analysis: Regularly assess and report on competitors&039; online activities, continuously analyze and stay abreast of in- market trends and best practices of the industry. Monitor social sentiment across online platforms, provide timely, data- driven insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication, including the ability to convey conceptual ideas and strategic directives.
Digital Savvy: A well- rounded knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product or services marketing, brand management, advertising, or social media agencies. Familiarity with various industries such as FMCG, lifestyle, luxury, and digital products is highly valued.
Multitasking: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
Creativity: Possess a high sense of aesthetic and creative thinking.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Local Expertise: Must be a local Vietnamese resident.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint is a must) and competence in using other photo/video editing programs are considered a plus.
Passion for Starbucks: A deep appreciation for the Starbucks brand and its values.
