RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and Facebook and Instagram insights, Tiktok Insights.
Familiar with social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite, Clickup, etc.
Keep an eye on social media trends.
Scout, Shortlist, collect, and monitor social media influencers and KOCs to work on campaigns for clients that can meet the business and communication objectives for specific campaigns.
Update social media content across all channels.
Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activities.
Manage a budget for social media activities, KOCs, Inlfuencers.
Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns.
Analyze competitor activity
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Engage with customers and followers. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions.
Develop content or get it done by content developers and creators.
Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
Develop social media strategies and campaigns.
Understand and Monitor social search engine, social listening.
Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference, or face- to- face (agency roles).
Qualification:
The required skills and qualifications for this role include at least two (2) years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content writing, and social media management.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem- solving acumen and expertise in social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube)
Strong attention to detail with time- management and organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently work independently and manage multiple tasks.
