• Planning monthly social content calendar, promotional calendar, product or treatment fact sheet and marketing activities.
• Design and manage content to promote brand- focused messages for website and social media platforms.
• Plan and manage company website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Working with third parties or other partners, media, corporate to create collaborative campaigns.
• Start- up, development and management of social media presence across all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc..)
• Manage the operations of all e- commerce platforms including customer experience and product listing and work with other departments for order fulfillment.
• Brainstorming ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies and assist in related ad hoc duties.
• Community building, reaching the public and target audience through social media and other channels to effectively communicate the company’s marketing effort.
• Manage, monitor, tract, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition.
• Perform other tasks required by Manager.
• Plan and deliver customer engagement strategies through social media including to response to all social enquiries and feedback.
• Responsible for online sales orders which include maintaining existing customers, and developing new customers on online platforms: shopee, Lazada, facebook,...
• Manage and improvement of usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

• At least 3 year- experience as a social media specialist/marketing executive or
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising / Media, or equivalent.
