Software Architect

Optimize system to ensure it meets performance, security metrics
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of the desired product
Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications
Develop high- level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
Collaborate with teams to determine functional and non- functional requirements for new software or applications
Research, try and apply new technologies to the products

Expert in one of the programming languages: Golang, PHP, Java, NodeJS, Javascript, Python, Ruby ...
Familiar with database (SQL + NoSQL) is a plus
Passion for product development with millions of users
Willing to learn new programming languages, and new technologies and improve problem- solving skills
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
Experience in software engineering and microservice
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
High- quality organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Salary

Review salary per 6 months of employment
