KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with cross- functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into actionable technical solutions.
Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications to meet project specifications and company standards.
Maintain and improve code quality by writing clean, scalable, and tested code.
Participate in the design and implementation of new features and tools that optimize system efficiency and enhance user experience.
Assist in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems for daily operations.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Proactively keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance personal and team growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
3- 5 years of professional software development experience.
Solid understanding of front- end technologies like Flutter (preferred) or React.
A passion for learning and adapting to new challenges and technological advancements.
Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js (preferred), Python, Golang, or Ruby.
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
