Software Development Manager

This position leads a team of professionals acting as an in- house development provider to deliver system solution supplementing the needs of the Business Support Operation, where the vendor products are not capable for the requirement.

Resource Management

Ensure the skillset and business knowledge redundancy among the team to avoid any risk of single point of dependence.
Assign tasks to the team of developers in the manner of well balancing on workload aligning to their skillsets and business knowledge.

Project Planning/Management

Manage the progress of the projects to achieve the target schedule included the following compulsory items- testing, integration, redundancy, security control, documentations, and operational support
Work out reasonable project plans for in- house development projects.

Quality Management

Ensure the deliverables are up to the quality standard from stakeholder/users and meeting international quality standard.

Rollout Management

Communicate properly with stakeholders/end- user for the rollout schedule.
Define/Examine the test plans for the project included unit test, integration test, user acceptance test, and stress test.
Examine the test result to determine the readiness of the project for rollout.
Define/examine the training plan. Ensure end- users with proper training, rehearsal, trial of the project deliverable.

Risk Management

Project Techstack information: (retail tech)
Determine the risks on development. Find the resolution for the potential risk

Backend

Database: MongoDB, Oracle
Framework: express, nestjs
Language: javascript (nodejs)

Frontend

Framework/Lib: reactjs, tailwincss, antd, shadcnu
Language: javascript (reactjs)

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience using and mentoring on the use of MS Project and MS Project.
Solid development experience on javascript/typescript/Node.js, OR any programming languages: ASP.NET, VB, C, python,java…
Knowledge on the operation of securities trading business is an advantage.
Fully understanding of SDLC.
Experience defining project management standards and auditing projects for compliance.
Communication skills, communication confidence, teamwork, good users’ relations;
Minimum 6 years IT software development experience with at least 3 years in role of Team lead
University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects.
Reading technical documents in English good, basic communication.
With PMP certification is an advantage.
