Consortia Group, a leading provider of outsourcing solutions to financial institutions, is seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to lead our growing engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for a strong technical leader who is passionate about building scalable software solutions, driving innovation, and mentoring a team of talented developers.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize workflows, tools, and development methodologies for efficiency and productivity.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring best practices in design, security, and scalability.
Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and execution to deployment and maintenance.
Work closely with cross- functional teams, including designers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure software quality through comprehensive software testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
Implement agile methodologies, streamline workflows, and enhance development efficiency.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English (must- have).
Excellent problem- solving, communication, and decision- making skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 5 or more developers.
Hands- on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API development.
Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
Strong experience in software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in full- stack development using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js).
