Modernize telemetry usage and infrastructure to fulfill the needs in AIOps scenarios. 
Analyze and drive telemetry infrastructure COST optimization for all M365 teams. 
Build and standardize high quality, performant, reliable and cost- effective distributed data ingestion services across M365 workload teams. 
Work with Trust teams to drive standardization and enforcement efforts across M365 to meet Compliance & Privacy regulations.  
Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of telemetry infrastructure and ensure quality of service.
Design and build highly efficient, aggregated, cost- effective data pipelines to generate high- value data insights to benefit service quality improvements and COST saving.

Good knowledge and experience of backend engineering.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python and open to other languages.
Basic knowledge and experience of distributed systems. 
Solidcommunication skills. (Good written English, Avg+ oral English) 
Basic knowledge and experience of industry well known telemetry standards and solutions or big data platform technologies will be a Plus
Basic knowledge and experience of service operation for large scale distributed systems, especially AIOps technologies.
