Software Engineer, Java

Backend software engineer for Marketing Platform working on Home & Discovery products

Provide ad hoc support and advocacy to business subject specialists;
Provide leadership to the business in data quality analysis;
Write well- designed, testable, efficient code;
Communicate with other Divisions in support of production issue and bug fixing;
Developing and enhancing large- scale systems using Java technologies: AI/Gamification and promotion/OTA/Finance Service — help MoMo scale business and services.
Ensure designs comply with specifications;
Application support with a heavy emphasis on problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution;
Other assignments from the line manager
Researching and developing new technologies, focus on mobile payments;
Providing technical guidance, and proper instruction to low- level members;
Identify major areas of systems improvement and drive results, by being able to quickly translate new ideas into solid implementations;
Lead in discussions with business teams regarding the implementation and design of business processes;
Supporting line manager in the executive management;
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems;

Experience with Spring framework (Spring Bean, Spring AOP, Spring Data, Spring MVC), Spring Boot, Hibernate;
Experience with ReactJS is a plus;
Good knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms;
Knowledge of multiple front- end languages and libraries such as HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery;
Be familiar with RDBMS such as MySQL/PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB is a plus;
Experience with web servers, caching solution such as Redis;
Have Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
Be familiar with Git.
2++ years experience at server- side languages such as Java;
