JOB DESCRIPTION:
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of backend services, addressing scalability and efficiency concerns as they arise;
Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend services to ensure fluid communication and data flow between the two layers;
Diligently stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, offering recommendations for improvements to the architecture;
Supportively mentor or pair with less experienced developers and actively engage in knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Rigorously conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, enforce coding standards, and ensure that best practices are consistently followed;
Efficiently design, develop, optimize and maintain code that is both reusable and scalable, utilizing cutting- edge technologies with a focus on the client side;
Collaboratively work with Backend and DevOps to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, enhancing operational efficiency;
Proactively participate in the planning and execution of software development projects, accurately estimating timelines and providing essential technical expertise;
REQUIREMENTS:
Skilled in using version control systems, with a specific focus on Git proficiency;
Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn);
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
Above 5 years solid experience with frontend technologies, including JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS etc.;
Strong problem- solving skills and a passion for staying up- to- date with the latest web development trends and best practices;
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment and agile project setting;
Good communication, with the ability to understand business requirements and comfortably discuss ideas;
Understanding of Backend and Database Management Systems, including but not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB;
