Software Project Manager (Remote/Online)

Plan and review the project team&039;s progress, integrate and verify development technology and documents
Regularly report the current progress to the supervisor and the customer
Communicate and coordinate cross- departmental issues and provide necessary support
Confirm and clarify project requirements
Responsible for project execution and tracking, controlling project progress, and conducting development schedules
Provide real- time updates on the project status
Ensure project delivery quality

• Ability to negotiate with domestic and international clients and complete projects


• Strong leadership and team building skills


• Proactive, willing to collaborate with the team


• Agile thinking, familiar with agile development and project management experience


• Experienced in participating in the planning, development, design, and deployment of systems


• Skilled in communicating with RD, visual designers, and engineers


• Good verbal and written communication skills, value teamwork and continuous learning


• Proficient in using JIRA, Gitlab, and other project development-related software


• Familiarity with JAVA, Backend, or Full Stack engineering
