Introduce & answer all questions of guests about the menu, all promotions, and events.
Assist with preparing reports, records, and other information.
Check food and beverage quality with guests to ensure guest satisfaction, carefully listen, and fix problems promptly.
Can handle working in a fast- paced environment.
Make a payment directly to customers. Check cash payments directly in front of guests, collect a guest&039;s VAT information, feedback, or next booking.
Ensure to provide a friendly & exciting service to the customer.
Support the guest to take orders in a friendly & professional manner.
Prepare working area, working tools, or OS&E, and keep all areas always clean, and neat.
Support hotline to receive bookings by phone, or guide guests to the table.

Good attitude and willingness to learn new things
Knowledge of wine or coffee is a plus point
High school diploma or Related Certification
Customer service and interpersonal skills
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with the concept of a casual or boutique/brunch restaurant
Upsell beverages to increase revenue
Ability to speak English proficiently

- 12 annual leaves per year
