Job Description
Communicate solution designs and plans to both technical and non- technical audiences.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective handover of solutions.
Conduct trade- off analysis and make recommendations on technology choices and implementation approaches.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solution designs.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and timelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.
Develop high- level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution delivery.
Coordinate and lead project team meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.
Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge in architecture modeling, UML, ADM/Archimate etc.
Programming skill (Java/.NET)
Experience in MSA, service design, API gateway, service mesh etc.
Experience with project management tools and techniques, such as Scrum, Kanban, MS Project, etc.
Experience in container/Serverless design, implementation and management: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CloudFoundry, Others.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, or engineering, with at least 3 years of project management experience.
Experience in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) and containerization (docker, podman, rocket etc.)
Experience in developing web Application based on Framework and DevOps.
Strong problem- solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Handling webserver, middleware (WAS, EAI, ESB etc.), queue, cache.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience with iterative development processes.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Experience in PKG Solution (OSS, CoTs) design, delivery.
Nice to have:
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience is considered a plus.
Experience in IoT, analytics, AI, blockchain, mobile system architecture and development is considered a plus.
Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Developer are a plus.
Experience in data service architecture with HDFS, Spark, NoSQL, NewSQL, etc. is considered a plus.
