Solution Architect (Java, Spring)

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect, based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing complex business solutions in the banking domain. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions to support our banking operations.
(Note: If the selected candidate is in Ho Chi Minh, he/she must be relocated to Hanoi.)
Key Activities

Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product
Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs
Evaluate current architectures and propose and implement appropriate technical solutions to meet business requirements
Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle
Manage and coordinate efforts among various teams to ensure that project deliverables are met
Design and implement end- to- end solution architectures for transformation and modernization initiatives

Required Skills

Self- motivated with the ability to drive features to deliver
Excellent written and verbal use of English
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role
Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud platforms
Experience in managing and working with multiple technical teams
Ability to work in a fast- paced, high- effort, dynamic work environment
Fast learner of new and emerging technologies
Exposure to any banking domain knowledge is advantageous
Experience in a consultative technical Sales/Pre- Sales Solution Architect role supporting revenue objectives with a proven track record of success
Excellent problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency in developing and deploying applications in a microservices architecture and event driven architectures especially strong in Java (Java, OOP, Kafka, Spring boot, etc.), with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
Track record of thought leadership or T- Shaped skills around diverse technologies like infrastructure, cloud, security, database

Performance evaluation is once per year, for 2 purposes: > Performance bonus > Salary increments
