Solution Presales - IT Consultant

This position will have the opportunity to join the exciting and expanding solution business.
Responsible for implementation of proposed & designed solutions based on deep knowledge of proposing technology area / product for a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual with high level technical experience, capable of making intuitive high- level decisions for solution implementation. You will lead and be accountable for comprehensive, end- to- end implementation for Enterprise Solutions.
Role and Responsibilities: Business Process and Operational Excellence

Performs other duties as assigned.
Take a solution products responsibility (maybe cross- functional, cross- organization, cross service, involving 3rd parties) to propose and/or delivery to the customer.
Work with customer and FB teams (delivery management, delivery manager, staffing, infrastructure/tools, etc.) to handover and manage projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible to resolve and/or to propose acceptable solutions for technical issues faced during proposing and delivery of solutions/services.
Drive strategies to minimize problems related to proposed solutions.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, assigned geography or account base.
To analyse and to qualify requirements from customer and to propose solution that meet the customer’s business requirements.
Adhere to follow FUJIFILM Business Innovation transition and project management.
Solution presentation and documentation to customer.
Participates in technical discovery, kick- off meetings with customers.
Manage and deploy POC to customer, responsible for managing quality, delivery time, cost of project and leading them to success.

Position Knowledge and Capabilities

Continuously develop and maintain excellent skills within the business solutions domain in FBVN.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Ability to engage internal and external customers quickly and professionally to deliver a superlative customer experience
A detailed technical and customer- relevant understanding of all provided solutions
English fluently – speaking, listening, and writing
Strong customer management skills
Strong communication skills – spoken, written and presentation.
Ability of utilizing common language and a communication style tailored to the receiver’s level of understanding

Professional Experience

Min 1 years of experience in working as pre/post- sales role
Min 3 years of experience in IT environment
Knowledge of general Computer Network, Operating Systems, Virtualization
Experience in working in a business- to- business, large/strategic customer segment… is preferred

Nice to Have Experience:

Management, implement, configuration, support of DMS/ECM, ERP, CRM, RPA

Education/Academic Qualifications

Relevant technology certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
