RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain C level / Line of Business Executive level relationships in opportunities.
Achieve sales targets by leveraging comprehensive account/opportunity/ and territory planning methodologies, customer relationship.
Develop and accelerate Solutions sales growth through new customer acquisitions.
Demonstrate consistent enterprise- class solution selling skills, processes, expertise and methodologies to accelerate the pipelines development, sales cycle, and increase sales close ratios.
Proposal/ Quotation / tender preparation for new solutions sales enquiries, including:
Development of “pitch” and presentation/ clarification/ review for quotation/ tender
Co- ordination and team leadership of all activities required to compile quotation / tender document including final editing of customer proposal document
Concept development of solution
Opportunity evaluation, prioritization and identification of both commercial and technical risk
Customer meetings to identify needs and evaluation of possible solutions

Experience Required
Experience with consultative, value- based selling for Level 2,3 & level 4 product solutions (based on ISA95) and a proven track record of exceeding quota
Excellent verbal, written, and pictorial communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive technology solutions for varying client needs and industries
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization
Minimum of 4 years’ successful solution selling experience with proven overachievement in the manufacturing ecosystem
Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
Educational required:
10+ years of Business Development / Account management experience
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth.
Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
Bachelor&039;s degree in technology of Process industries (prefer), IT, and Automation
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fi eld (master’s degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in pitching and executing new business deals
Understanding of Company&039;s solutions portfolio would be added advantage
Proven experience as a senior sales leader, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Previously demonstrated experience in leading and/or building corporate Business Development or B2B
