Sourcing Internship

The intern will work closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to identify suppliers, evaluate technical capability, and support cost, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a Sourcing Intern with a Mechanical or Technical Engineering background to support sourcing and procurement activities for manufacturing projects. This role is suitable for candidates who understand mechanical components, materials, and manufacturing processes, and are interested in developing a career in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.

Participate in cost reduction, VA/VE, and alternative sourcing projects.
Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to clarify technical and quality requirements.
Review and understand technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and material requirements.
Support sourcing activities for mechanical parts, components, tooling, and equipment.
Assist in supplier identification, comparison, and evaluation (cost, lead time, technical capability).
Support supplier documentation, qualification, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain sourcing data and reports in Excel/ERP systems.
Support RFQ preparation, quotation comparison, and cost breakdown analysis, should cost analysis to evaluate.

Basic understanding of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering (mechanical background).
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and BOMs.
Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus.
Able to work independently and in cross- functional teams.
