Job Responsibilities
An European medical device company is looking for Regional Sales Manager in Ho Chi Minh City
Focus on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows
Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues where needed
To be involved in planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities such as exhibitions, workshops, seminars etc
Manage forecast sale out process
Expert knowledge of product&039;s features, benefits, product application, diagnostics and treatment procedure through training programs
Knowledge and understanding of competitive products
Reporting on market intelligence data with market size, market share
Customer engagement, building and maintaining KOLs
Product training for sales team
Providing direction in areas of marketing and training development
Product and solution presentation for customers
Implement sales & marketing activities
To be fully responsible for the preparation of bids for major tenders/projects
Formulating business development strategies
Market understanding and market access planning
Develop, maintain and deliver applications- focused training on the equipment and accessories
Defining Customer Segmentation, market mapping and product alignment to market segments
Ensure operational goals and financial targets are being met regularly
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
Experienced in development of marketing plans
Strong analytical skills are necessary to evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and other data to make informed decisions about product development and marketing
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Management / Business Development in the medical device industry
