Monitor usage of products.
Perform the full range of massage therapies, body treatments, beauty treatments, and holistic spa services, Ayurvedic treatment and other wellness activities as per Six Senses Spas standards.
Set up the salon and treatment rooms as per standards.
Serve the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the guests when required.
Recommend treatment and products based on lifestyle consultation form and after asking the assessment questions to guest.
Fill in documents / controls / reports for duty (stocks, daily logbook if any, lost & found, guest comments).
Greet guests on arrival and conduct check- in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names whenever possible.
Adapt to specific guest needs following LQA, Eagle and our protocols
Achieve individual and group targets in sales as required, as well as promoting the upselling of spa treatments, products, packages, special promotions and Visiting Experts Calendar.
Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.
Maintain the equipment I use in safe conditions.
Request and log stock of supplies necessary for the salon and treatment rooms.
Log all product recommendations to guests.
Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
Upsell all property facilities and activities.
Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
Make sure treatment and salon rooms always have enough supplies as per standards.
Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports.
Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
Attend meetings and training as required.
Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa, salon and treatment rooms.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
