TBWA\Group Vietnam is a disruptive advertising agency that is redefining the industry. We are looking for a proactive and solution- oriented IT Support to join our dynamic team. Utilize strong technical expertise to support the Executive Board in developing the company’s IT strategy and direction. Responsible for managing and operating the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and efficiency. This role also provides hands- on technical assistance and support to users such as computer systems, software, hardware, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support & Asset Management
Setup, configure, and maintain MacBook devices for new and existing employees.
Training end- users on hardware functionality and software programs.
Maintain inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment.
Provide technical support to end users for hardware (MacBook , Windows) and software issues. Experience in supporting MacBook devices is a strong plus.
Managing software license subscriptions. (Adobe, M365, ChatGPT)
Microsoft 365 Administration
Support email configuration, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Troubleshoot issues related to MS365 services and integrations.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions on Microsoft 365.
Server, Domain & Hosting Management
Manage DNS records, domain renewals, SSL certificates, and hosting services.
Coordinate with external vendors for hosting/domain support when needed.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring physical/virtual servers (Windows).
IT Infrastructure Support
Assisting with network connectivity issues, troubleshooting network problems, and ensuring network security. (Mikrotik, Fortinet, Unifi)
Collaborate on system backups and IT security improvements. (Synology)
Video conferencing systems. (Cisco)
IT Planning & Budgeting
Provide reports and analysis on IT spending and future needs.
Assist in preparing and tracking annual IT budget, including hardware, software,
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Knowledge of server systems, domain management, and web hosting.
Hands- on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Proficient with MacBook configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience in preparing and managing IT cost plans is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Strong problem- solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
The candidate should be able to use English to communicate effectively with the IT department and external vendors when needed.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
