JOB DESCRIPTION
On- site Operation Supervision
• Remind, instruct SOP compliance and risk control
• Communicate operational requirements from Site Manager to Operator/Signalman/Rigger
• Monitor SPMT operation according to technical method
Equipment Technical Management
• Inspect equipment before/during/after operation
• Report & coordinate troubleshooting
• Monitor hydraulic pressure, load, controls, oil level
• Support assembly, configuration of SPMT (module, PPU, hydraulic, steering mode)
• Participate in scheduled service
• Supervise cleaning & preventive maintenance
• Handle common failures (remote, steering, sensors, imbalance, oil leakage, etc.)
On- site Training and Coaching
• Provide common issue troubleshooting guidance
• Coach new Operators/Signalmen/Riggers
• Provide basic inspections training
Operation Workforce Coordination
• Allocate operation/lashing personnel
• Monitor performance
• Update planning changes
Safety and Quality (HSE/QA/QC)
• Monitor HSE compliance, PPE, lock- out/tag- out
• Supervise high- risk operations (load- in/load- out, module rotation)
• Inspect ground conditions
Reporting & Customer Coordination
• Professional attitude, integrity, willingness to learn
• Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
• Strong safety mindset
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Male, age 30–50, good health
• Office computer skills; English
• Field communication
• SPMT Operator License; Team supervision
• Understanding of SPMT structure & operation principles
• Knowledge of hook- up installation
• Certificates or training in SPMT operation are an advantage
• Manufacturer- approved training certificate preferred
• Coordinate with client representatives on site
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• Basic troubleshooting
• Minimum 2–3 years in SPMT or hydraulic trailer operation/supervision
• Use of checklists and operation logs
• Prepare daily reports
• Understand technical safety standards for heavy equipment
• Proactive – responsible – disciplined
• Provide quick updates for tracking progress
• Familiar with pre- during- post operation inspections
• Able to read basic drawings, travel paths, turning radius
• Experience in load- in/out, module transport, module rotation, jacking/skidding preferred
