Sr. Backend Engineer Golang, English

The Role As a Senior Backend Golang Developer, you&039;ll be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our core backend services. You&039;ll work on a scalable, secure, and robust platform that handles critical healthcare data. This is a hands- on role where you&039;ll contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
What You&039;ll Do:

Architect and build high- performance, scalable, and resilient backend services using Golang.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and champion best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive healthcare data, adhering to strict compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
Design and implement APIs and microservices.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with significant experience in Golang.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of databases, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• A solid grasp of data security principles and compliance requirements, especially within the healthcare domain (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Excellent problem- solving skills and a proactive, can- do attitude.
• Language: Working Professional in English
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
Knowledge of event- driven architecture.
Experience with real- time data processing and streaming technologies.
