Sr. Business Performance & Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:

Perform ad- hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and business planning processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analytics and performance management.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of key business metrics, financials, and operational data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Be an expert in using data to monitor overall business performance & maintain business planning models

The day- to- day activities:

Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision- making.
Define, Measure and Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards.

Requirements:

University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or Economics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
SQL basic working knowledge, strong MS Excel skill is a must.
Be open- minded and pragmatic in analyzing business situations, familiar with hypothesis- driven framework is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Proven experience (2- 5 years) as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on performance analysis and reporting
