You will join M.Shop- Customer Inspiration and Assist, which is the core team around all customer related aspects within the M.Shop. We manage favorite article lists for our customers, we provide customer information to other teams inside M.Shop and the login functionality for both customers and employees is provided by us as well.

The online shop for delivery customers called M.Shop is the core of the online business of Metro and the place where all delivery orders of Metro customer are placed.

Your Responsibilities:
Interacting with the client in order to understand and characterize their needs and advise them if necessary.
Developing high quality code that follows best practices and clean code principles;
Collaborating with other engineers or team members on various layers of the infrastructure, in order to design and launch new features;
Being involved in all phases of software engineering, from inception to coding, testing, delivery and operation;
Advocate for improvements to product quality, security and performance;
Collaborating in a cross functional product team and with other teams on solving customer problems by delivering product functionalities and support;
