Staff Fullstack AI Engineer

As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will develop the user interfaces for and manage the full lifecycles of AI/ML application experiences.

Working closely with our business partners, we deliver AI solutions to help drive value for Renesas at a global enterprise scale. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack AI/ML applications using Databricks tools and frameworks.
Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in AI/ML applications and Databricks technologies.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML engineers, and domain experts on cross- functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.
Build and enhance user interfaces and experiences for AI solutions, including front- end and back- end systems and deploying complete applications.

Must Have

Ability to create and communicate technical designs using tools like Draw.io.
Strong management skills, including team leadership and cross- functional coordination.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with AI team members, or a strong motivation to learn and collaborate in AI- related projects.
Expertise in system/solution architecture design, with solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
10+ years of professional experience in the tech industry.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.

Nice- to- Have Skills:

Familiarity with backend technologies, including Python, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with frontend development using React.
