JOB DESCRIPTION
Make detailed plans and roadmaps to convert new onboarding customers to be key/loyal customers.
Being active to collaborate with the Delivery Team to design and plan for a chain of activities to take care of customers in order to find more business opportunities.
Approach new clients for selling and take care of the current clients.
Strategize working with existing customers to get more sales from customer referrals.
Contribute to working process improvement (internal, inter- companies, and external.
Consultant: recommend the client to the right direction.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to run customer care programs.
Convert client service inquiries into successful campaigns.
Be responsible for the team’s KPIs (New leads, Billing, and Profit).
Keep and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders with existing customers.
Being responsible for assigned recurring sales revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
At least 03- year experience in Account Management with a proven track record.
Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem- solving skills, relationship management.
Smart, aggressive, ambitious to take on new challenges.
Able to be empathetic with people’s concerns/ pains.
Excellent presentation & communication skills (storytelling, and conversation maintenance).
Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level) ( International Background is preferable).
Hard- working and self- accountable.
Desirable (Good to have):
Background in the IT industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position.
Experience working/living in cross- culture, international environments.
