A. Project OverviewSynthetic billing generation refers to the process of simulating or creating artificial billing data that is consistent with the transcript between a customer and an agent. You will be given a call transcript (a conversation between an agent and a customer). Your primary objective is to create synthetic bills based on the provided information from the given transcript.
We have an AI bot pre- installed in the platform as well as a list of prompts to support you to work on this project, so the task is pretty easy. On an avg, it takes around 30- 45mins to complete a task.
