Generate daily/monthly/quarterly reports as required by management.
Manage assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue: Store sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Ensure employees&039; appearance is neat and adheres to the brand standards.
Take responsibility for managing the budget and monitoring operational expenses of the store.
Plan and implement sales strategies and propose promotional programs to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals.Store Operations Management:

Customer Service:
Ensure employees provide customer service according to the brand and company standards, delivering the best customer experience.
Assist customers in resolving issues with products or services, handling customer complaints (if any).
Manage the maintenance and development of close relationships with customers.
Develop a strategy to maintain and grow the store&039;s loyal customer base, proposing programs for VIP customers.
Inventory Management:
Participate and coordinate with accounting in the monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory auditing process. Take responsibility for explaining and handling discrepancies. Manage the merchandise of the store.
Collaborate with departments to resolve merchandise- related issues (if they arise).
Store and maintain goods in accordance with regulations to prevent losses due to operational errors.
Analyze and make purchasing proposals suitable for the business situation at the managed store.
Monitor inventory, ensure the implementation of merchandise management according to operational standards (SOP).
Handle cases related to merchandise: discrepancies, negative sales, system errors, etc.
