Store Manager

- Manage store inventory, cash, and assets.
- Plan, organize, and implement training and development programs for staff.
- Manage store performance and profitability.
- Ensure high- quality customer service.
- Responsible for the overall management of the store, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage a team of up to 30 employees.
- Oversee product quality at the store level.
- Work with government agencies such as fire safety and occupational health and safety departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to determine appropriate staffing levels, conduct performance appraisals, and create career development plans for employees.

- Bachelor&039;s or associate&039;s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a retail chain (e.g., King Food, WinMart, BHXmart, Co.op, AnNam).
- Aged between 30 and 42.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proactive, diligent, and eager to learn.
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Flexible working hours.

Transportation allowance: Varies depending on location.
Meal allowance: VND 300,000.
Probationary period of 2 months with 85% of base salary.
Daily sales target bonus: 1% of daily store sales.
Performance- based bonus: Up to 30% of base salary.
Total income: VND 18,000,000- 25,000,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications.).
