Store Supervisor (F&B) - Da Nang city

About the job
We are seeking a professional Store Supervisor to assist Store Manager in managing all retail/ F&B operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage all F&B and day- to- day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Organize team engagement activities to create understanding and connection among team members
Co- ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting and training team members
Report to Store Manager regarding sales results and productivity
Other tasks as assigned by Store Manager
Control inventory at store to ensure good stock of products at all times
Lead FOH operation team of 10- 12 staffs to reach targets and KPI’s, ensure the compliance with company&039;s policies and procedures
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Requirements and skills:

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage
Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 1- 2 years at the same positions
Ability to delegate multiple tasks and motivate team
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills
English communication is a must
Guest- oriented and service- minded
