Lead a team of studio technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high- quality livestream productions.
Manage day- to- day studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during livestream productions, implementing quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Proven experience in livestream operations, with a strong understanding of streaming protocols, encoding, and delivery methods.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with livestreaming software and equipment, including cameras, switchers, encoders, and streaming platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream production schedules.
Strong problem- solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast- paced environment.
