The Cloud Operations Chapter Lead and Squad Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the cloud operations team, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation service in cloud infrastructure (AWS,Azure,GCP), and delivering exceptional service to high- demand customers (External markets)

Key Responsibilities
:-

Manage cloud operations, ensure security and compliance, and optimize resource utilization.
Promote automation and DevOps practices.
Close collaboration with business development team and customers for new customer acquisition
Demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem- solving skills, and self- resilience
Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations professionals.
Manage stakeholder relationships, engage with customers, and collaborate with team members.
Oversee cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
Develop and implement cloud operations strategy aligned with business goals.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and DevOps.
Experience with Agile methodologies and mindset.
Self- resilience and ability to handle stress and challenges
Bachelor&039;s or masters degree in computer science, IT
5+ years of experience in cloud operations, leading teams, and working with multi cultures customers, counterparts, stakeholders
Ability to manage stakeholders, engage with customers, and collaborate effectively.
Years of experience in software industry
