Responsible to control and protect company&039;s asset
To ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations at all time
Use AI tool to gain best efficiency in working.
Control trims inventory.
Receive trim list, GO, order sub materials and input data into the ESCM system.
Check and upload Invoice to Esker system for finance processing.
Issue PO to suppliers which are nominated by BUYER or approved by PPC Manager.
Serves as a liaison for internal and external audits.
Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and purchasing documentation.
Other duties assigned by immediately Supervisors.
Responsible for the enforcement of company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
Process sub materials payment.
Check sub material leftover (if any) before creating new PO.
Deal with relative depts or supplier to settle sub materials problem such as bad quality, replenishment quantities, trims liability …
Follow up closely with relative parties such as suppliers, IE, forwarder, Sales to get in all sub materials on time.
Work closely with warehouse, QA to get sub materials ready for smooth production.

Strong at computer skills.
Problem Solving Skills. Active and flexibility.
English (written/spoken).
Able to work accurately, independently and well organized.
Effective communication, negotiation skills and analytical skills.
Chinese is advantage.
2- year experience in purchasing
College or University graduate
