Supply Chain Executive

· Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.
· Monitor, update, and manage the inventory (import- export – inventory)
· Do the tracking of the import – export and domestic orders, fleet management, freight forwarding activities as required by the company&039;s business operations.
· Source of items required to buy.
· Lead the procurement activities for the company&039;s business operations, ensuring that procurement meets the price, quality, type, and time requirements.
· Complete the Ad- hoc requirements from Management team.
· Support in Administrative tasks.
· Confirm the items are correct with Management Team.

· Have working experience in F&B , FMCG , Retail , Manufacturing is a plus.
· Intermediate English.
· Proactive, Detail- oriented.
· Have at least 6 months of experience in Purchasing / Logistics field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
· Ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage task and timeline effectively.
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related majors.

Salary & Allowances:
- Competitive income with 100% salary and allowance on probation
- Annual Leave: will be 12 working days per calendar year, pro- rata for the 1st year of employment, max +7 Annual leave adding.
