Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is a part of the leadership team, reporting to Asia supply chain manager and Vietnam Country Manager with full responsibility on Vietnam supply chain management operations. You will have oversight and management of end- to- end supply chain activities. You will manage and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service Teams, external Tollers, internal Nufarm Supply Chain and Procurement Team ensuring compliance with regulations, balance safety and cost management to ensure goods are delivered timely and safely to the customers.
Success in the role would include:

Provide constructive feedback and solutions for process improvements.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with tollers and vendors
Good collaboration with Sales, Customer Services teams and Operations or Manufacturing teams
Maintain key supply chain KPIs ( i.e. stock cover, avoidance of slow moving & obsolete inventory )
Ability to identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Mandatory:

English language proficiency (written and spoken)
High analytical review skill including Excel tools
At least 5 years experience in manufacturing or supply chain management
Strong negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Management or Logistics or Inventory Management 5- 7 years of experience
Familiar with local safety regulations and those outlined by international standards like OSHA

Desirable:

System skills and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Programs
