Supply Chain Manager

Reach out and communicate with Supply Chain partners (materials supplier, manufacturer, carriers, and others when needed)
Direct responsibility for a large team; engaging with external customers.
Build up local and oversea sourcing strategy and evaluating suppliers. Gather then collecting potential suppliers that meet the company’s requirements. Develop the Supply Chain year plan and forecasting.
Direct the activities of all functions involved in the planning, sourcing and purchasing, warehousing, logistics and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).
Ensure optimal logistic support to internal and external customers.
Ensure production planning, storage and distribution of finished goods at the right CMs, the right time, right quantity (Contracting Manufacturer).
Coordinate closely with the cross- functional Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, QA QC Team to complete the material orders on time.
Manage shipments to / from Earable, execute customs declaration data together with couriers.
Forecast supply and demand of products and manpower based on optimized warehouse timings and capabilities.
Manage costs on site and keep aligned to the budget.
Manage and update SCM Documents (NDA, Checksheet, contracts, PO, Quotations, Invoices...)
Manage inventory and stock- keeping operations, maintaining stock health and delivery schedules and ensuring correct quantities are reflected in the WMS.
Provide leadership, guidance and coach the team in maintaining excellence on GMP, quality control, and safety in managing budgets and tactical operational decisions.
Implementing the right process/procedure and KPI&039;s.
Manage and execute SCM operations including Operation Planning (P.S.I), Sourcing and Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory management, Logistics.

Proven experience of Material, Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, and Logistic in manufacturing environment with knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
Active problem solving skill
Experience of inventory, stock, distribution and replenishment planning of materials and products.
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in the same position.
Proficient in English.
