POSITION
- Responsible for the creation of process orders, managing and executing orders for all materials for the plant, maintaining physical & system inventory accuracy and evaluate performance of supplier.
- Responsible for working with stakeholders and other departments to delivery sales order timely and efficiently.
- Working with team to delivery procurement and import/export KPI
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement:
- Manage the purchasing and supplier development function, ensuring timely procurement of direct production and indirect materials at the right quality levels and competitive prices.
- Negotiate prices, conditions, and contracts, as well as manage requests for bids for assigned suppliers.
- Conduct thorough market information collection and analysis, adjusting procurement plans promptly through data analysis.
- Identify cost- effective solutions for improving supply chain processes.
- Oversee and manage the Procurement function, ensuring effective handling of all or specific segments. Foster collaborative partnerships with internal colleagues and suppliers to achieve agreed- upon business results while maintaining positive relations with employees and suppliers.
- Act as a vital member of the management team, actively contributing to the achievement of business goals. Navigate within a structure that involves significant interaction with the Board of Directors. Facilitate integration between suppliers and Manufacturing, ensuring the Supply Chain has the necessary materials and services to fulfill its mission and commitments to customers.
- Responsible for optimizing the overall cost of materials, developing supply base and Supply Chain strategies, and negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements for strategic or specific materials relevant to the Business Unit.
- Optimize procurement processes and procedures, execute procurement activities, and adhere to the company&039;s existing protocols.
- Take charge of purchasing spare parts, machinery, and equipment for the Maintenance and Engineering departments.
- Play a key role in cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with the local community, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Import- Export:
- Connecting/ Dealing with internal/ externals partners for Shipping trouble/ issues
- Customs compliance enhance for total Shipping/ Logistics activities.
- COO management for import/ export shipments
- Managing Shipping/ Logistics activities for all Inbound+ Outbound Shipments
- Cost management for Import/ export activities and Logistics activities
Sales & Customer Serivces:
- Reviews supply strategies and quantity allocation focusing on profit and loss by analyzing competitiveness of the supplier location (lead time, logistics cost, custom tariff, material cost, etc.).
- Solves problems in the supply chain by managing mid- to long- term demand and resources in advance in order to establish an optimal supply chain.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries.
Material Planning:
- Maintain master data in company systems to ensure there is a constant stream of accurate information including production versions, master recipes/BOMs; run rates, loss factors and changeover matrices.
- Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into system, including Purchase Order (PO) coverage.
- Reconcile the MPS to customer PO coverage weekly to ensure company is not exposed over and above customer PO coverage or other authorized customer demand.
- Meet daily operation review with manufacturing team to assess production schedules, optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery and optimize cost of production.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to our standards, procedures and protocols as well as providing visibility of any supply risks and proposing mitigation actions
- Analyze material and capacity requirements then communicate constraints to the factory team to solve the issue if any.
LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE:
Managing customer sales orders from acquisition through cash collection, including inventory, logistics, customer returns, financial collection & deduction management
- Grasps the business processes and SAP systems that optimize finish goods replenishment
- Understands Supply Chain constraints such as product release, manufacturing, distribution, and customer requirements
- Ensures the Implementation of SHE regulations and standards in warehouses (internal & external)
- Applies the fundamentals of pull systems, inventory control, and cycle time reduction
- Achieves customer- focused KPIs by balancing customer service and distribution costs
- Develops sourcing solutions using analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
- Knows and uses the Recovery and Recall procedure
- Understands the drivers of Demand Management
- Adopts best practices for improving sales forecast accuracy
- Collaborates to develop and negotiate warehousing and transportation contracts
