The group currently operates in two dining concepts: Ba Gac- the leading beer garden chain in Ho Chi Minh City; and Fireworks, a social dining resto- bar serving Asian- styled raw, grill & craft bar in an interconnected space.
Responsibilities
- This is a full- time on- site role for a Supply Chain Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain, from planning and procurement of goods and services to production, warehouse and logistics efficiency.
*Set and monitor goals/ objectives for the whole supply chain department.
- Develop and improve warehouse systems and processes to ensure the use of “best practice”
- Lead Demand Planning vertical to develop/ improve SOP processes: production planning, material requirement planning, and inventory control
- Enhance customer satisfaction by adopting professional customer service practices and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Prepare import- export processes, adopt local import- export policies and or procedures balancing cost, quality and lead time
- Coordinate with other departments in the organization to ensure the common objectives are achieved.
- Lead procurement team to develop/ improve processes to achieve procurement objectives and ensure compliance with company policies/ procedures.
- Ensure supply chain goals/objectives are set in the financial year to be achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant field.
- Excellent negotiation skill.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross- functional teams and build supplier relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing the supply chain from end to end.
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, proficiency in data analytic tools and keen on data driven way of working.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management, planning, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
